Since 2015, numerous French and international clients have entrusted 16 Music Lab with the overhaul and repair of their Yamaha synthesizers and organs:

– CS Series (from CS01 to the legendary CS-80)
– SK Series (from SK10 to SK50)
– YC and D Series (YC-30, YC45D, and D85)

16 Music Lab offers high-quality services for the maintenance and restoration of these instruments.
To this end, specific tools for instrument maintenance (test and calibration benches) have been developed. The workshop also boasts an extensive library of schematics, original technical documents, and a substantial stock of proprietary components (IG and YM integrated circuits).
16 Music Lab also leverages its extensive experience and expertise to recreate CS series printed circuit boards (exact replicas or enhanced circuits), such as adding Unison and Detune modes to the CS-50, CS-60, and CS-80, or developing PCBs integrating 'modern' components to address the unavailability of certain obsolete and unobtainable parts.
16 Music Lab manufactures MIDI interfaces for all instruments in the CS and SK series.
These interfaces have been specifically developed for these instruments, offering vast expansion possibilities in DAW environments, such as controlling instruments via a sequencer or external MIDI controller, and adding velocity functionality to instruments not originally equipped with it.
