After more than ten years serving musicians (audio recording, composition, and musical arrangements), Sez Productions closed its doors on January 1, 2013, to  become 16 Music Lab – Electronic Lutherie & Design.

Opened in June 2013 in Grande-Synthe, in northern France, the workshop now specializes in two main areas : 

Repair, servicing, and full restoration of electronic musical instruments (analog and digital synthesizers, electronic organs, drum machines).

Electronic lutherie encompasses the modification/customization of instruments (adding or removing features or modules) as well as the creation of new ones.

 

The lab is equipped with professional grade diagnostic and bench tools to conduct advanced electronic analysis and perform high-precision repairs. 

Through a network of highly skilled local partners, 16 Music Lab also provides structural and cosmetic services : woodwork(custom enclosures, solid wood end cheeks), metalwork (aluminium or steel chassis and front panels) and proffesionnan silkscreening.
